Directions
For Males: As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoops (equaling approx. 44 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or body shaping requirements. Im a veteran, when I was in theater(the sand box)lol, when I had down time I started gettin into lifting. I saw the guys were using this product and they were raving about it so I tried and I got hooked. I dont use any other protein now. The taste is phenominol! Now my brother and I lift together and were now trying a nw flavor and were just hooked. And the added benefits of protein are that you can use it as a meal replacement because you feel full and it helps with your healing time. Where we used to be sore for 4 or 5 days, now its only 2 if that. Great product, two thumbs up!!!!

I started trying to reel in my hypoglycemia and was looking for a cold cereal replacement for breakfast. After trying 3 or 4 protein powders from the supermarket and health food store, I used an online nutritional screener to zero in on exactly what I was looking for and wound up with this. It tastes better than anything else I tried. I almost always make it in the blender with skim milk + 7 ice cubes + a banana or peanut butter. Sometimes I switch it up and eat an egg/toast for breakfast and on those days, I take a shake to work for lunch. When I’m done with a container, I use it in the garage for storage. I use a black magic marker to write on the top what’s inside. I’ve got a place where they stack like cordwood. The container is large enough to hold quite a bit of stuff and I’ve got one each for nut’s & bolts, ac/dc adaptors, plant fertilizer, etc. etc.
