I’ve been buying the Think products for a few years now, and these new flavors in the Bites are probably the best of all of them. The Cookies and Cream Bites are creamy and chocolaty. Perfect for a chocolate craving and there is not sugar and lots of protein. Helps me stay on my South Beach program.

I love all the chocolate, peanut butter, and other flavors. It manages my sweet cravings, and fills me up. I lost 10lb in a very short time with the addition of this product. In addition, it taste good (to me)and it is a healthy product!

These cookies are tasty and filling enough for a breakfast meal. However, they crumble pretty easily, making them difficult to eat when walking or even sitting in the bus or train. Don’t even think about eating one when driving.

I’ve only tried the chocolate flavor so far. It has a strong chocolate taste, which is great if you like chocolate. Don’t be tempted to eat one of these as an afternoon snack, though, since 300 calories is a lot of calories for a snack.

Wow! I did not expect to enjoy these cookies, you never know when you find “healthy” snack food to also find one so filling and delicious. I have them on auto-ship now I don’t want to run out. Great snack in the afternoon for that pick-me-up crash.

It’s a dense cooky that has little moisture and does crumble a bit. The chocolate is barely detectable. To me is tastes kinda like fruit-cake, that dense Christmas fruitcake. I liked it alright, but I’m into the organicky stuff. A newbie probably wouldn’t like it.

I bought the mini-breakfast cookies in oatmeal rasin for my Dad, who is 89 and tends to forget to eat if we don’t nag him. He greatly enjoys these cookies and makes breakfast by spreading them with a little natural peanut butter and accompanying them with milk or juice. I have also ordered other varieties of these breakfast cookies and they make a fast, filling breakfast just nutritious enough to get you over any guilt you might feel about eating a cookie for breakfast. I have also used the oatmeal cookies as a base crust for vanilla pudding pie–a great quickie dessert.

Though I love the bigger version for lunch or pre-race/training, these little ones are great to stuff in a bike jersey or running shorts for a long run. At ~100 calories they give you a little boost like a gel would but are so much more pleasant to eat than GU! Biking particularly, they are the perfect little morsel to pop in your mouth and yet not lose track of your bike group. This is my favorite flavor hands down.

If you want a quick pick me up in a small package, each one individually wrapped this is my choice! I have one in the car mid compartment, and in my briefcase they would be great and a pre aerobic workout snack. Great flavor, moist & not too sweet. Beware if you are allergic to nuts-these are out. I took them out of the box and divided into zip lock bags and froze. When I needed more I just pulled one bag from the freezer and it worked out great.

Of the Erin Baker products, the Fruit & Nut Mini Breakfast Cookie is my favorite! I have one mini breakfast cookie (about 100 calories) with a cup of coffee in the morning and I feel satisfied and ready to start the day. This is a great breakfast cookie. They are moist and soft, with a chewy texture. This tastes like an actual peanut butter cookie. It has bits of peanut throughout. I like the fact that they are individually wrapped. The small size allows you to eat what you want, without having to throw away leftovers. I highly recommend this cookie (and I have tried the double chocolate).

Very tasty and filling. These mini cookies are small — about 2 inches in diameter, maybe half an inch thick. But one makes a good snack or two make a great breakfast (if coupled with a piece of fruit or some yogurt, perhaps).

They taste very fresh and doughy, kind of like cookies that aren’t quite cooked through (in a good way, though). Following a suggestion on the box, I froze the spare boxes to preserve freshness. I figure I’ll pull out one box every week and I’ll be set!

I like this 1 ounce size better than the 3 ounce Erin Baker products. The 3 ounce cookies are much bigger and take me a while to eat and tend to crumble apart before I can finish them. The 3 ounce products do taste better (to me), though they also have more fat (7 grams of fat for a 300 calorie cookie).

I use these “brownies” as energy snacks on long hikes or bike rides. Each 90 calorie package has only 1.5 grams of fat, which is much less than most other energy foods. They don’t have a real chewy fudge taste like real brownies, but they do have a nice moist texture and real chocolate flavor. That is a big improvement vs. most other ultra-low-fat snacks which taste like cardboard. With the 40% discount coupon, each brownie costs around 30 cents which is a good price for a pre-packaged item with long shelf life. The box I bought in August has an expiration date in November.
