Our family has used Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey for years. Both my adult boys are athletes and use it every day. One of them is sensitive to milk products and this does not upset his system at all. My husband is a bodybuilder and feels that this is one of the best products of its kind on the market. We make smoothies, use it in coffee drinks, mix is on the go with water … whatever the use, it tastes great. We like vanilla as it mixes best with all types of frozen and fresh fruit.

Make sure to always keep ripe bananas around and whole milk. Add milk 1 banana and protein in blender and mix real well. Tastes like heaven, again make sure the bananas are ripe even over ripe because otherwise it tastes a little green. With this recipe its like drinking a shake, it tastes awesome. I don’t know about other proteins but if you want to try something else make sure to check out the label and do not buy without tasting it first.

After looking around for different products, I can definitely say this is great. It tastes great and dissolves really well if you mix it in water. It has been over a month and a half and I’ve seen great results. Definitely recommend. Ive lost weight faster with the extra muscle gains, and will re-order again.

Excellent product. My personal trainer recommended this and I have never gone back to the Muscle Milk I had been consuming for over five years. The only flavor I have tried is double chocolate and it tastes great plus it dissolves easily and quickly. Muscle Milk tasted too sweet and thick for me regardless of how much powder I used and it doesn’t dissolve easily. This stuff really does the trick. I’ve only been using it for about a month and I’ve noticed more bulk and I’ve lost about 6 pounds of fat already. The major plus to the Mocha Latte flavor is that if you mix 2 scoops of it with a cup of black coffee, it tastes awesome! And it mixes extremely well with coffee. Almost no stirring. I’ve been a loyal consumer of Muscle Milk High Protein Shake mix for over two years. Im a veteran, when I was in theater(the sand box)lol, when I had down time I started gettin into lifting. I saw the guys were using this product and they were raving about it so I tried and I got hooked. I dont use any other protein now. The taste is phenominol! Now my brother and I lift together and were now trying a nw flavor and were just hooked. And the added benefits of protein are that you can use it as a meal replacement because you feel full and it helps with your healing time. I started trying to reel in my hypoglycemia and was looking for a cold cereal replacement for breakfast. I really love Cliff Bars, they have a lot of calories though and can get old after a while… so I decided to try these, bought one from Trader Joe’s and liked it so much I decided to get three different types in bulk from here. I love the ThinkThin line of bars, and was excited to try a new one. Having celiac disease and having to eat gluten-free was a huge adjustment for me, and these bars are actually tasty. My husband now eats one almost daily for breakfast, and he doesn’t have to eat gluten-free. However, I thought this bar was going to be very chocolate-oriented, but it tastes like coffee. Maybe I missed it in the product description, but I hate coffee and wouldn’t have bought a box otherwise. So I was disappointed, in that. I thought they could have done a better job mentioning that this product contained coffee beans, but it was probably my fault. At least my husband likes these!

For those of us that have to eat Gluten-free, it is hard to find a good tasting protein bar, but these are the exception to the rule. I would recommend this product to anyone who is GF, or is watching their sugar intake (product is also appropriate for diabetics.) The only bad thing is that it doesn’t have much fiber, but otherwise the product is exactly what I look for in a meal bar. And while I like all of the Think Thin flavors, I like this flavor the best.
