Our family has used Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey for years. Both my adult boys are athletes and use it every day. One of them is sensitive to milk products and this does not upset his system at all. My husband is a bodybuilder and feels that this is one of the best products of its kind on the market. We make smoothies, use it in coffee drinks, mix is on the go with water … whatever the use, it tastes great. We like vanilla as it mixes best with all types of frozen and fresh fruit.

Make sure to always keep ripe bananas around and whole milk. Add milk 1 banana and protein in blender and mix real well. Tastes like heaven, again make sure the bananas are ripe even over ripe because otherwise it tastes a little green. With this recipe its like drinking a shake, it tastes awesome. I don’t know about other proteins but if you want to try something else make sure to check out the label and do not buy without tasting it first.

After looking around for different products, I can definitely say this is great. It tastes great and dissolves really well if you mix it in water. It has been over a month and a half and I’ve seen great results. Definitely recommend. Ive lost weight faster with the extra muscle gains, and will re-order again.

Excellent product. My personal trainer recommended this and I have never gone back to the Muscle Milk I had been consuming for over five years. The only flavor I have tried is double chocolate and it tastes great plus it dissolves easily and quickly. Muscle Milk tasted too sweet and thick for me regardless of how much powder I used and it doesn’t dissolve easily. NOTICE TO PEOPLE CONCERNED ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BEING ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED: If you were to do just a little bit of research (on reputable websites) or speak to any Dietician you would understand that artificially flavored products are healthier, yes healthier then naturally flavored ones. They are both made in a lab by a “flavorist”. Artificial flavorings are simpler in composition and safer because only safety-tested components are utilized. There is too much information on this to list but I find it very funny how people put down a product because it is artificially flavored and then grab the one that is naturally flavored thinking its better for them…LOL!
